This screening machine is a dual-vibration motor drive. When two vibrating motors to do synchronization, anti-Fou rotation, its eccentric block the exciting force generated by motor axis parallel to the direction of offset each other, perpendicular to the direction of motor shaft one stacked together, so trajectories screen machine as a straight line. Two motor shaft relative screen surface has a dip in the exciting force and material self-gravity forces, the material was thrown up in the screen to make leaps forward in a straight line, to achieve the right material for screening and grading purposes.
Applies to particle size 0.74-10mm, moisture content less than 70%, non-sticky of dry powder material screening. Maximum feeding grain size is not greater than 10mm. Mainly used in abrasives, building materials, chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy, resin powder, ceramic raw materials industries such as fine particles, tiny sub-screening material.
The shaking screen is mainly use to separate the different size of rubber powder, such as, you want to get 30, 40 and 50 mesh fine powder in the same time, So we can make 3 discharge hole in the shaking screen. We can according to the customers requirement, and make the different of the machine.
