Feeding unit (A)

When the start button is pressed, the workpiece block cylinder extends to push the buttom workpiece and retracts, and then the block cylinder retracts to release the workpiece. This process will be repeated until threre is no workpiece br detected by optpelectronic switch.

 

Feeding unit (B)

When the start button is pressed, the workpiece block cylinder extends to hold the workpiece, the pusher cylinder extends to push the bottom workpiece and retracts, and then the VFD drives the gear motor to deliver workpiece to another side, waiting to be captured by robot. At the same time the arriving detective optoelectronic switch will send out signal to stop the motor. This process will be repeated until there is no workpiece detective by optoelectronic switch.
