The machine is a sole attaching assembly line for shoes making. The near – infrared light pipe is adopted, which can evenly heat the inside and outside of glue layer. It is matched with a heated air circulation system, so it can dry and activate the glue steadily at a high speed.

FEATURES

1.       It adopts the low – dazzling filtering infrared light pipe which temperature rises quickly and stably and save electric power.

2.       Precise constant temperature system.

i.                     It adopts SCR temperature control system with precise constant temperature and thus the effect of sole attaching is extremely good

ii.                   Temperature can reach the set level within 40 to 60 seconds after the machine starts up, which can reduce power consumption.

3.       Dryer temperature can be set according to different materials, thus make production more convenient and reach the requirements of shoe – making design and technique easily.

4.       Conveyor system.

i.                     Conveyor speed is adjustable; sole and vamp can be transferred simultaneously; It adopts adjustable support to fit different shoes.

ii.                   The length of production line can be customized according to the plant planning. Sole attaching section is provided with quick conveyor, so make stickup firmly.

5.       The Flow – line dryer can move adjustment position at random coordinating with work flow.

6.       Bilayer design adopts separation type to fit with procedure designs including sole laying processing and gluing in order to increase production efficiency.

7.       Sole and vamp are exposed in direct near – infrared permeating light so that dryer length can be shortened greatly.

8.       The design is simple, artistic, novel, and the machine is easy to install and operate.
