HK-2059 Sediment extraction in crude oils and fuel oil, conforms to the ASTM D473 standard method for sediment in crude oils and fuel oils by  the extraction method, is used for testing sediment in crude oils and fuel oils by extraction 0.01 to 0.40% mass, although higher levels may be determined.
