Equipment Overview

·         This trainer adopts vapor compression type  refrigeration cycle system , which is equipped with intelligent temperature regulator , flow meter, pressure gage, voltmeter, electrical parameter tester, etc.

·         It can be used for refrigeration compressor performance  parameters measuring experiment and basic refrigerating cycle principle demonstration experiment

·         It is designed according to GB/T 5773-2004 positive displacement refrigeration compressor performance test method , which adopts ‘evaporator liquid secondary refrigerant circulation method ‘ for main measuring and ‘ water-cooling condenser calorimeter method ‘ for auxiliary measuring

·         Safety protection : voltage mode and current mode leakage protection , overload and over current protection.

·         Understanding of vapor compression type refrigerating cycle system basic structure and working principle

·         Understanding of GB/T5773-2004 positive displacement type refrigeration compressor performance test method

·         Calculate the refrigeration compressor refrigerating capacity by using water-cooling condenser calorimeter method

·         Calculation and analysis of relative error between main/ auxiliary measuring

·         calculating and analysis of refrigerating unit energy efficiency ratio
