§  This models is the most versatile and reliable edge-gluing machine available in the word working industry today. Model CC-20-8, pictured here, is equipped with 20 section, 8 clamps each section

§  Choice of 12,16,20,30,40  section on the Caterpillar Chain drive series are available.

§  Choices of clamps on each section

§  Working thickness capacity: 3/5”~4” (max 6” for optional)

§  If thickness  is less than ¾”, the separate hold down frays as option to prevent the board become warped

§  A caterpillar type chain drives sections(for models with over 12 section only)

§  Pneumatic operated clamp tightened provides rapid tightening and loosening of clamps. Hydraulic clamps tightened is optional

§  Individual clamps can be moved to adjust the distance between two clamps

§  Panel flattener is actuated by air cylinder. When clamps are tightened, the panel flattener is applied to hold the work piece horizontal, providing a highly flat panel

§  All parts are ruggedly constructed for maximum stability and non-brittle rigidity

§  Foot switch control for operational convenience
