PP Rope Making Machine can be produced split film with 100% polypropylene recycled plastic granules. New material is better. The film mainly used for bundling, knitting net, etc. Our company developed Reticular Equipment based on the split film machine. The product is widely used for makingrope, weaving, cable filler film, etc.

      II.            Process Flow

Plastic granule -- Heating and extruding – molding – cooling -- Haul-off -- Cutting—Stretching -- Haul - off -- Winding -- Finished.

If your capacity is 50-100kg/h, and your final product is spherical, so you can choose two kinds machine, one is the SLM-90 rope making machine, the other machine is spherical molding machine.
