GD-8018D GASOLINE OXIDATION STABILITY TESTER (INDUCTION PERIOD METHOD)

Purpose

The instrument is designed and made as per GB/T8018-87 “Test Methods for Oxidation Stability of Gasoline (Inductive Period Methods) “ and ASTMD 525. It is suitable to determine oxidation stability of gasoline under accelerating oxidation condition.

 

Characteristics

It adopts computer controlling technologies and has USB interface.

It can make determination, calculation and control automatically.

Heating tube’s power: 1600W; Controlled temperature in metal bath:100°C;

Purpose

The Instrument is designed and made as per SH/T 0206 “Test Methods for Oxidation Stability of Transformer Oil”. It is suitable to determine the oxidation stability of transformer oil.

 

Characteristics

The heating device adopts a metal bath. Equipped with a pressuyre reducer of new type. It has 6 test wells and 6 flow meters.

Temperature controlling mode: Automatically controlled by a digital temperature controller;

Temperature controlling range: room temperature ~ 160°C; Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.2°C;

 

GD-0193 AUTOMATIC LUBRICATING OILS OXIDATION STABILITY TESTER (ROTARY OXYGEN BOMB METHOD)

Purpose

The Instrument is designed and made as per SH/T0193 and ASTM D2272. It is suitable to determine oxidation stability of new or in service turbine oil, which has the same components (base oil and additive). It is also rapid method for determining the oxygen turning point and stop testing automatically.

 

Parameters

Power of heater: 2500 W; Full scale of pressure sensor: 0~1.6MPa; Accuracy: ±2%;

Temperature controlling range oil bath: room temperature ~200.0°C, adjustable; 150°C in common use.

Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.1°C;
