Operation Principle

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

 

The bottles enter the unscrambling machine through an opening located in its upper cover, and from there they go to the pre-selection  zone (2). In the interior of the machine is rotation disk (3) in whose periphery are the selecting prices (4), which receive the bottles in only two position: with the opening towards the front or towards the rea. The combined action of these parts (4) together with the bottle support (5) cause the bottles to descend through the funnels or drop channels (6) in only one position: (standing up).

These funnels guide the bottles to the end of the machine delivering them onto an exit conveyor of diverse types (according to need): a conveyor belt with vacuum, (7) a conveyor with flexible paddles, specially designed for bottles with a petaloid or  similar bottom.

The change from one bottle format to another is done at the front panel, without tools or adjustments, as it simply consists of changing the set of change parts currently in use for the new set.

Of change parts for the bottles to be unscrambled next, by a rapid unplugging and plugging in system (taking between 10 and 20 minutes). once this operation is completed, the machine is now ready to work with the new bottles, without any more changes or adjustments (internationally patented system).

The main body of the machine (1) is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass. This material possesses great soundproofing advantages and is very easy to keep clean. Optionally it can be coated with stainless steel or high quality polyethylene for the smoother handling of PET bottles. the upper disk (3) is made of stainless steel or polyethylene depending on the model.

All the mechanisms are protected by an outer polyester supporting base frame to avoid noise, the entry of dirt and accidents. the machine is delivered with a hopper elevator (optional)in mono block to save on transport and installation costs, but the user can easily change its position once in the plant.
