Product Advantages

·         Through the optimization for the grinding and the pipeline system, the grinding capacity has been increased 40% more than that of the same model grinder, and the unit power consumption cost has been saved more than 30%

·         Cage superfine classifier is adopted, frequency converter controls rotate speed, final size could be adjusted between 80-600 mesh.

·         The main mill adopts the from of floating foundations : the grinder will be installed on a floating reinforced concrete base. More over, there is a damping device between the base and the ground that can reduce the vibration effectively.

·         Bypass powder collector replaces cyclone powder collector, reducing pressure loss, better dust collection and material collection effect; installing maintenance platform to make operating and maintaining easier.

Working Principle

 

YGMXO European High Pressure Ultra-fine Grinder Mill Working Process: After being crushed to requested size, material will be taken to storage hopper by elevator, then vibrating feeder will convey material evenly and continuously to main machine grinding chamber, grinded powder will get raised by blower airflow. After being classified by cage classifier, large particle materials fall back for regrinding, standard powder flows to bypass cyclone collector to be separation collected, solenoid valve discharges standard powder. Air flow is inhaled in air blower through return duct upon bypass cyclone collector. Whole flow air system is closed recirculation, and it flows in positive and negative pressure.
