2PLF SERIES DOUBLE TEETH-ROLLER GRADING CRUSHER

 

Working principle

2PLF series teeth-roller crusher is driven by electromotor via reducer, two tooth-roller rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction. After material dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber, firstly is classified by the tooth-roller with tooth, those which is accepted would pass through the two rollers to the discharging trough, and the massive materials would be crushed, cut, and then discharged in the discharging opening.

 

Structure and features :

2PLF series teeth-roller crusher is composed of electromotor, constant-filling fluid, shaft coupling, connecting cover, reducer, toothed rollers, and the main dobby.

 

(1)    Constant-filling fluid coupling

(1)It is used as connection between the electromotor and reducer, buffering the strike and vibration generated when starting, as well as over load protection.

(2)    Connecting cover

(2)The electromotor and the reducer are connected as a whole by connecting cover, bearing the weight of the motor, protecting constant-filling fluid coupling, and ensure the electromotor and the reducer concentric rotating. Additionally. through the monitoring hole on the cover, working condition of constant-filling fluid coupling could be monitored.

(3)    Tooth-roller is the key component of crusher, spiral arrangement of teeth. The tooth holders and principal axis are assembled using the multiple dove-tail grooves, which enhance the shear strength. Small size materials are sieved out by two tooth-roller which rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction, and the massive materials are crushed by the broken tooth. Broken tooth is casted by adopting special formula which fuses multiple rare elements. It is quenched after processing. Make it higher strength as well as toughness, better abrasion resistance and longer service life.

(4)Plum-shaped elastic coupling with high-performance polyurethane are applied, greatly reduce the impact and vibration from tooth-roller to reducer.
