Description:

RG-26G/36G/46G series granulator are suitable to different kinds of soft and hard plastics, crush plastic blocks, balls, stub bars to be granules. In plastic industry, the machine  plays an important role in the rapid processing recycling of plastics waters, defective products and stub bars, increases the material availability.

Machine Features:

·         Split type machine body, easy to change blades fastly;

·         Special designed rotating blades, no need to adjust gap after resharpening, easy to install and change blades;

·         Special designed cutting chamber, suitable to more kinds of recycled material including plastic films and sheets;

·         Outside bearing seat design, in order to avoid the dust entering into the bearings, long time using life.

·         Motor-screw device to open and close the inlet hopper, more stable and save manpower;

·         Overload device to protect motor;

·         Fixed with shock proof pad, reduce vibration noise.
