AUTO. TURNING SANDER

DESIGN FEATURE :

§  High production rate 12-30 turnings per minute.

§  Exclusive mechanical clamping system design of CS-1200, this gives an extremely secure claming effect. There’s no sensing failure problem so often found on traditional air-operated clamps.

§  The machine comes completely with an additional centering rest for big work pieces and it also gives a precise, accurate line-up with the centers of the sander spindles.

§  An-oscillating sanding paper function creates an extremely fine finish.

§  The machine is built with there variable speed devices, permitting variable speed adjustment for (1) drum speed (2) sanding paper oscillation speed. And (3) spindle running speed.

§  The sanding mechanism consists of 6 sanding paper, all designs are to be alternated for a superior sanding finish. There’s one rack of 6 pcs of wire on a brush wheel (position adjustable). And another rack of bamboo-backed sanding paper (also with position adjustable).

AUTO,FEED LOADER 

The automatic sanding of several turnings is performed simultaneously with only a simple loading which should be made by operator. The turning rest feeds the turning to the centers for sanding operations.

POWERED REVOLVING-DRUM TRAVERSE

The revolving drum is driven by 1/2HP motor, which provides a convenient and fast length adjustment to suit various lengths of material.
