HYTL Annular Procure Tread Press

This device is independently developed by the YLM Company in 2008, mainly for the manufacture of annular procure tread with steel wire belt

Specification:

1.       Inner and outer chambers make sure steam or oil heating equity on tread rubber to shorten the curing time, approximately 26 minutes per cycle

2.       Eight cylinders around tread rubber. Pressure is as high as 50Kg/cm³ to have a much more better wear and puncture characteristic than usual tread rubber.

3.       Inner chamber is movable on diameter and has a mechanical locking unit to not easy put in/out tread rubber but also make sure the safety when curing.

4.       Vertical model with a moveable core mold is not only easy to put in/out tread rubber but also keeps steel wires from distortion.

5.       Tread rubber is with steel wires inside so as to be suitable to more kinds of tire casings which need not to be strictly selected as usual.
