  change moulds and material saving.

  printing and cutting can be done very simple, automatically and accurately.

â–ª Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, with novel structure, stable running,

  low noise and long service life.

â–ª The forming of hard Aluminum of other factories adopts the concave-convex coordination to lock mold and it will

   Leave behind a scoop channel on the plate. The travel range must be prolonged above 2mm, so that the scoop

   channel will be cut as scrap. It is calculated the scrap sum up to several hundred thousand Yuan annually. The

   forming of hard Aluminum with our equipment adopts  the imported & special rubber lock mold. The surface of the

   molding is smooth. Each cutting will save above 2mm the material (approximately 2.5%). Because the price of cold

   forming aluminum is expensive, Massive materials will be saved annually by using our machine. Thus the economic

   efficiency is remarkable.

   The body of machine is manufactured separately in order to move the machine into workshop conveniently.
